New times
The last time has been strange and uncertain for all of us, and we have constantly had to adapt to new measures and recommendations from the authorities. But as it is said after the rain, the birds sing!
What deserves to be highlighted is how good society has been at adapting to a new everyday life with digital systems. We have used solutions we never thought we would be able to handle. Teams, Zoom and much more. This has taught us that where there is willingness, there is a way.
Slowly but surely we return to the new normal. But what will the new normal be like? More digital and automated?
The project
This is exactly what the innovation project focuses on. How we can move from time-consuming processes to more user-centered and automated experiences.
In collaboration with Visit Fredrikstad & Hvaler, we have joined forces to meet today's needs while laying the foundations for the future organization of events.
Through the project, the goal is to provide the destination company's members with a full-fledged booking system for their services.
So that small and medium-sized players can:
- Reach new customers
- Spend less time on email and phone inquiries
- Give new and existing customers a simple and good overview of their services
This means that customers get a user-friendly experience when planning their company or business. No more phone calls to find free time or rates.
Everything served on a silver platter to the customers' hands!
We love co-creation and look forward to developing a new and exciting product together with the destination company Visit Fredrikstad & Hvaler.
