This went away in no time! The algorithm did the job and gave a very good suggestion for training times. It is also very easy to make adjustments and adjustments afterwards. We have a number of sports facilities that are for rent to the inhabitants. And it is extremely time consuming for us to allocate times to teams and associations using excel sheets. This takes anywhere from 50 to 90 hours in total. So in collaboration with Gibbs AS and other municipalities. Have we tackled the challenges and solved this by automating the allocation. After the applications are received, there is only one button for us to press. The algorithm assigns in an instant. For us, it means reduced time and fair allocation to applicants.
We currently use excel sheets for organizing and allocating repetitive / regular training times to teams and associations. Assigning times is demanding. Especially when there is little hall capacity and many applicants.
Together with Gibbs, we have automated the award! This solution will definitely change the way we organize and allocate fixed training times in the future and save us significant resources that we can spend on value creation.
